VISION: "Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ" Colossians 1:28 ESV

MISSION: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you;” -  Matthew 28:19a  ESV

The Fellowship Group Ministry of STBC serves this vision and mission by:

Purpose:  For believers to gather together in homes for Bible teaching, fellowship, prayer and maybe even to share a meal.   We meet to encourage each other in love and good deeds, to bear one another's burdens and to love one another. “…and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:24-25

Objectives:  To be vibrant, serving communities and an integral ministry of San Tan Bible Church.  We strive to have a number of home groups meeting through the week in the East Valley.  Some have a specific age or life stage focus, others have participants from all ages and stages. Some provide childcare while others do not.   Each has their own topic of study, but all emphasize solid, Biblical teaching while building relationships and a sense of community.

“They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”  Acts 2:42

We encourage you to make a fellowship group part of your weekly schedule.
These smaller groups are designed for believers to meet for fellowship centered on Bible teaching, breaking bread, prayer, bearing one another's burdens and encouraging each other to love and good deeds. You are invited to visit any group at any time.

Which group will be yours?  Feel free to visit any group at any time or contact the leaders for more information.
