The students (7-12th grade) from STBC travel a couple of hours north each winter to enjoy a time away from distractions. The 2 nights and 3 days at Tonto Rim Christian Camp provides a beautiful setting in which to enjoy the majesty of God. The schedule centers around the teaching of the Word of God. We will have teaching centered around the 5 Solas of the Protestant Reformation. Other highlights at camp include the talented student-led worship band, the excitement of various camp group games, and the memories made through authentic relationships. The fee will be $180 per student. If you would like to give toward student scholarships, please designate on your giving. Contact JoshLindsey with any questions.
What to bring: Sleeping bag, pillow, towels, soap, toothbrush, chap-stick, sunscreen, winter coats, gloves, hats, etc for snow activities, additional shoes/boots, plastic bag for wet clothes, Bible, notebook, pen, and flashlight.
What NOT To Bring: Camp is an "unplugged" zone. NO ELECTRONICS, NO CELL PHONES etc (All adults will have cell phones for needed communication with parents).
Departing: Friday Jan 5 at 2:00pm from church parking lot.
Returning: Sunday Jan 7 around 12:30pm to the church parking lot.
